If you experience difficulties logging in, cached files can be the issue so please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you are is using a pc/laptop and google chrome as the system can cause problems when accessing via phone/tablets.
2. Delete your browsing history (open google chrome and use CTRL H and follow instructions).
3. Complete a full shut down using the CTRL-ALT-DEL function. On the bottom right hand side there is a shutdown icon - hold down the shift key when selecting this icon to do a full shut down.
4. Once steps 1-3 have been taken, reboot the pc/laptop and try resetting your password if necessary.

• Remember your high vis clothing
• Continue to manage risk for yourself and others
